Drums under stairs
We were asked to prepare a creative 3D image to feature in a new brochure and possibly on the client’s website. This client, a 3rd party reseller needed a striking and eye-catching image to create impact in a new brochure. We were approached to storyboard the concept using a 3D render and stock photography and our “story” was quickly approved and we set to work. The original photo was retouched to remove the bench and the render was overlaid and the composite was post-produced as a high-resolution final image.
The trick for these type of images is to make sure the lighting within the 3D render is an exact match. It makes the rest of the process so much easier. Careful manipulation of colours and tones within the render ensure the 3D parts of the image look like they are part of the photo.
