We use your information to respond to enquiries, understand project requirements, prepare quotations and discuss potential work.
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing list.
We generally rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and managing prospective client relationships. Where you are personally entering into a contract with us, we may process information to take steps at your request before that contract.

Who handles your information
Our IT supplier provides and supports our website hosting and email services. They may process information on our behalf as needed to operate, maintain and protect those services.
We may also disclose information where required by law.

How long we keep information
We keep enquiries that do not lead to a project for up to 12 months after our last substantive contact, then delete them.
If an enquiry becomes a client project, relevant information forms part of our project and business records.
Our servers record standard access logs (IP address, date/time, page requested, browser details) for security and troubleshooting purposes. These are retained for 6 months.

We use this information for our legitimate interests in maintaining a secure and reliable website.
The website’s fonts are hosted locally rather than loaded from Google’s font servers.
